Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care - Rivertown offers primary care services to patients of all ages Physician will manage their own patient panel providing primary care services including diagnosis, treatment and preventative care to all age groups Physicians who enjoy providing prenatal care are encouraged to apply but not required for the role Facility also offers Podiatry, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, Lab and X-ray Practice currently has 3 physicians and 5 APPs 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time, spread across 4 to 4.5 days per week in the office.
