The Orange County HCA Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) provides emergency psychiatric and crisis stabilization services that include intervention, medication administration, consultation with significant others and outpatient providers, as well as linkage and/or referral to follow-up care and community resources. On-site point of care includes EKG, a breathalyzer, glucometer, Abbott PCR covid testing machine, Abbott antigen covid testing, rapid strep, and influenza swabs.
