p>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Contributes to physician's effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing physician directives.
