Skills and Knowledge: Considerable knowledge of cloud application administration, identity and access management, role-based access control, enterprise licensing, tenant or organization configuration, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, automated provisioning, audit logs, application programming interfaces (APIs), integrations, and software-as-a-service lifecycle practices.
