The Exercise Specialist, under the supervision of the Medical Fitness Manager, is responsible for individualized physical fitness assessments, exercise prescription, coverage of fitness center exercise areas as directed, equipment cleanliness/preventative maintenance, membership and facility policy enforcement, member incentive programs and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
