A hands-on position, Operations Support will assist with all aspects of the warehouse operations including manufacturing planning/scheduling, reporting, support of the customer service and inventory functions, customer order fulfillment, cycle counting, and other duties as assigned by leadership. Quotes products as requested by CSRs and/or customers, and if applicable, creates new products, calculates, and communicates costs to Ohio-based product specialist.
