Airline Transport Pilot Multi-Engine Rating with a minimum of 3000 hours of total flight time, including a minimum of 1000 hours in fixed-wing, turbine-powered aircraft as the Pilot in Command, 1500 hours of cross-country time, 1000 hours of multi-engine time, 300 hours of actual instrument time, and 250-night flight hours. + Perform all expected duties pertaining to the flight including selection of the safest and most efficient routes and airports, providing for contingencies, developing alternative routes, calculating weight and balance, evaluating weather, and ensuring that all permits, permissions, and necessary documents are in order.
