Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • You will screen work orders and analyze scope requirements to schedule maintenance activities based on available resources, work criticality, and maintenance windows • You will perform equipment audits to document job requirements, order spare parts for facility and material handling equipment, and coordinate with vendors for repairs • You will plan reliability improvement projects and collect engineering drawings and technical specifications to maximize system efficiency and performance • You will drive proactive maintenance programs that achieve 85% planned work targets while ensuring all activities derive from APM and close accurately in Amazons maintenance virtuous cycle • You must be able to move up to 49lbs, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation, as well as perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head. Your work will include screening APM (Asset Performance Management) work orders, auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality, and estimating labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for all assigned work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program.
