Support building automation system deployments by assisting with network connectivity, device communications, and basic IT infrastructure coordination (switches, VLAN concepts, IP addressing, DNS/DHCP, remote access, and cybersecurity best practices).Support and train end users and facility teams on system navigation, basic operation, and best practices for managing their buildings. Qualifications include:Demonstrated exposure to programming through coursework, projects, or work experience, including both block-based and line-based programming conceptsFamiliarity with one or more languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Python, C++, or similar, with the ability to learn proprietary building automation programming tools.
