Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Support staff development, including skill training and career support; contributing to performance evaluations, overseeing the salary review process, and supervising employee development and mentoring efforts (including engagement strategies for higher performers and corrective actions for lower performers) and issue resolution (as needed). Lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of discipline tools, ensuring tools are integrated into the discipline processes, support overall digital solutions, are relevant, scalable, and interoperable across programs and associated training material to support effective usage.
