In this position, you will lead the finance team partnering with Data Center Construction, responsible for the end-to-end capital deployment and delivery of Googles global data center builds (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical integration). Drive financial evaluation and risk analysis for general contracting strategies, commercial delivery models (e.g., Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Design-Build, Build-to-Suit (BTS)), and change order governance.
