JOB TITLE: Service Center Operations Supervisor. Coordinate and/or delegate the work of local operations in the areas of: Pickup and Delivery operations, dock operations, linehaul cut-times, claims prevention, determination of amount of manpower hours and staffing, service center physical plant and equipment maintenance and risk management.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. This position is responsible for organizing staff, coordinating workflow, monitoring production needs, and providing daily direction to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer expectations. |
