Performs minor electrical tasks such as resetting circuit breakers, replacing 110v-220v outlets, changing light bulbs and globes, repairing light fixtures and outdoor lighting systems, switches, outlets, thermostats, timers, baseboard heaters, motors, pumps, etc. Requires the ability to read and understand technical documentation such as blueprints, architectural drawings, etc. to compose and prepare general and technical documentation including bid specifications, required reports, etc. and to calculate and understand advanced mathematical calculations such as bid and materials costs, construction draws, budgetary considerations and implications, etc.
