ESSENTIAL AND OTHER IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS STATEMENTS: Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Essential Functions: Plan, prepare, and deliver classroom, laboratory, and hands-on instruction in plastic injection molding processes, including machine components, startup and shutdown, material preparation, mold installation and removal, process setup, operation, and documentation; develop instructional materials, lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities that support student success. The instructor will prepare students for entry-level and advanced careers in manufacturing through training in areas such as injection molding machine operation, mold setup, material handling, process control, equipment safety, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and related manufacturing skills.
