Repair and maintain other systems including, but not limited to snow melters, smoke pipe testing, compressed air, sand towers, roof, septic & sewer, fueling, washing, pumping, environmental and gas systems. Makes repairs to any part of the drainage system, steam and hot water, heating, cast iron water lines, high pressure steam lines, hydraulic elevator lines, sprinkler systems, and other duties as assigned.
