Anticipates and responds to customer needs promptly and professionally; provides Hospice Aide orientation for new hospice patients or plan of care changes and coordinates the hospice aide new hire orientation process- including implementation, follow-through, and competency validation- in collaboration with Care Management and Quality teams. Oversees hospice care aide staffing to ensure appropriate resource utilization and meet client needs; manages hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluation, including supervisory home visits and development planning.
