3. Paint, Maintenance & Repairs -Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by assisting in painting and repair work as directed, and reporting to the Supervisor all maintenance and repairs as needed, including but not limited to dangerous conditions that may exist in the building, stained or broken ceiling tiles, light fixtures, broken furniture, etc. We are searching for a results-oriented, experienced, Porters who will support the Facilities and Maintenance Team in cleaning and maintaining the school’s buildings and systems, including but not limited to walls, flooring materials, ceilings, toilet rooms, radiator and vent covers, plumbing, electric and fire detection systems, furniture and equipment.
