The primary function of Portfolio Strategy Analyst II is to support management on multiple areas within Portfolio Strategy with recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, build out of new reporting and analysis to support new business lines, and handle conversions based on changing datastructures. Collaborate with and integrate pricing inputs from Product Teams, Business Lines, Service Line SME's, Account Management representatives and pursuit team into a final pricing solution; Perform internal proforma analysis and support the CRB (internal deal approval) process, including working with counterparts in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific to consolidate P&Ls and client solutions across Regions; Perform multiple rounds of scenario modeling, analysis and assumptions to support the initial solutioning process and potential multiple bid rounds. This role is well‑suited for an individual with strong technical expertise who can manage and analyze large, multi‑source datasets, apply critical thinking to validate data and derive meaningful business insights, as well as partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and usability of portfolio‑level reporting. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining operational workflows, ensuring on-going data management to enhance visibility into the portfolio, conducting financial analyses, and producing recurring reports/dashboards to support the management of our commercial real estate investment portfolio.
