Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Five or more years of project leadership experience Demonstrated success managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, disciplines, and deliverables Strong schedule development, planning, and organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Openness to learning and embracing a unique project and portfolio management approach focused on team collaboration, workflow optimization, and organizational throughput Ability to translate ambiguous ideas and evolving concepts into clear requirements, actionable plans, and measurable deliverables Curiosity and aptitude for quickly becoming knowledgeable in new subject areas and industries Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities Experience managing budgets, contracts, and project financials Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Project Management Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Ability to translate and disseminate evolving information to multiple different disciplines, ensuring fluid communication Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
