Minimum Requirements: • Process and detail-oriented, can demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness • Experience in equity order creation in an OMS; Charles River strongly preferred • Strong understanding of the portfolio compliance process • Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and make inferences from datasets • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Demonstrates inclusive behaviors in support of a culture that values diverse perspectives • Is able to abide by the firm's hybrid work arrangement policy in New York City office (4 days in-office/1 day remote).
