• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation • One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred • Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred • Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care • Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
li>Case Management (CCM) Certification, AANC - CM, American Academy of Case Management (AACM), COHN-S/CM, Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Certification in Emergency Nursing, or Certificate in Case Management preferred.
