Working closely with the Workforce Manager and Premium Audit leadership team, this role is responsible for assigning and balancing audit workloads across internal staff and external vendors, monitoring capacity and service level performance, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Partner with the Workforce Manager to assign inventory to internal auditors and external vendors based on inventory levels, premium exposure, due dates, audit complexity, jurisdictional requirements, auditor capabilities, capacity, service expectations, and departmental priorities.
