You will work across the full pipeline of events, supporting 20–40 active events per month, ensuring that every proposal is thoroughly vetted, clearly communicated, and ready for a seamless handoff to our logistics and production teams. • Serve as the final quality control checkpoint for all proposals, ensuring they are cohesive, accurate, and fully prepared for execution, identifying and resolving missing elements, inconsistencies, or risks prior to handoff.
