Collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer; Associate Medical Director(s), Psychiatry; Medical Director, Infectious Disease; Director, Addiction Services; Director, Laboratory Services; and the Chief Operating Officer to develop/plan/operationalize emerging clinical models and workflows, including the clinical processes in the integration efforts of Primary Care with Behavioral Health/Substance Use Disorder Treatment. ## SCOPE OF ROLE Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, the Physician Primary Care will execute the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, and community-based comprehensive primary care.
