In this role, the NP builds long-term therapeutic relationships with a panel of patients, delivers evidence-based acute and chronic disease management, and supports the DPC mission of accessible, personalized, and cost-effective healthcare. Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad spectrum of acute illnesses and injuries in the urgent care setting (lacerations, fractures, respiratory infections, UTIs, musculoskeletal injuries, etc.).
