Required Qualifications: Valid RN license for MD or a Compact State, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certification (completed during onboarding), NRP (preferred), TNCC (preferred), 2 years of ER experience, experience with Epic charting system, community hospital experience, and trauma certification preferred. The role requires flexibility to float within emergency department specialties across multiple locations, with weekend and holiday shifts as scheduled.
