Key responsibilities:- Coach and mentor teachers through observation, feedback, and follow-up- Support licensing and Quality Rated rules, documentation, and readiness- Review lesson plans and newsletters; offer clear, helpful edits- Partner with the Principal to support teachers, parents, and students- Help guide student behavior support alongside the team- Lead new-teacher onboarding, training, and curriculum support- Help plan fun, student-centered eventsRequired qualifications/skills:- Bachelor’s degree preferred (education or special education)- Initiative, flexibility, and a true team-player mindset- Friendly, confident mentoring and communication skillsIf you’re ready to help a great school run even better, apply today.
