BRICK is on a mission to support families from pre-cradle-to-career through holistic support, excellent schools, and clear pathways to college and career. Our high school alumni receive up to six years of post-graduate assistance.
Overview
Role: The BRICK Networks seeks to hire an instructional leader that is a visionary and is relentlessly looking for new ways to improve.
Regularly analyze and monitor culture data to establish a data-driven culture; track teacher and leader implementation of systems (i.e. SchoolRunner merits and demerits), as well as culture data (Dean referrals, ISS, and OSS incidents in SchoolRunner); provide follow up to adults as needed to ensure these systems are executed with fidelity. Work cohesively with leadership team members to achieve a strong whole school culture and maintain an aligned schoolwide restorative justice program, while supporting stakeholders in meeting their outcomes; assume responsibility in ensuring the leadership team runs smoothly and efficiently.
p>With programs like Future of Medicine, which makes advanced health screenings and research opportunities accessible to communities worldwide, and Difference Makers, which supports local leaders to expand their community health and wellbeing efforts, we put people at the heart of medical progress. Drive the development, review, and maintenance of documentation, training templates, study-specific training, and platform-specific user guides tailored to Care Access tools (e.g., ST, UPVIO, CRIO, IT Support and Supply Portal, Fusion Live, Safety Culture) and/or sponsor-provider platforms.
p>The ideal candidate is a stewardship or advancement professional with experience supporting principal or major gift donors, strong project management and organizational skills, and a working knowledge of gift agreements, endowments, and compliance, with the ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and utilize CRM systems to track stewardship activities; no specific education level, years of experience, or licenses were provided, so minimum expectations are referenced. The Assistant Director of Principal Gift Stewardship plays a critical role within the Grateful Giving and Donor Relations team at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, supporting the advancement of Philanthropy by delivering meaningful, compliant, and innovative stewardship experiences for the institution's most significant supporters.
p>Our Structures team is working on a diverse and exciting mix of projects across the region, from new‑build care homes in North Yorkshire to the high‑profile Catterick Levelling Up Fund development, alongside residential programmes for Rotherham Council. We're a close-knit team led by our Associate Engineer, we bring together a diverse range of experience levels, from senior engineers to engineers and junior members, supporting learning and progression at every stage.
