p>Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or greater in engineering or related technical discipline • 10+ years' experience in quality assurance and control in a manufacturing environment • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and become a recognized expert and mentor in the use of various statistical methods and structured problem-solving tools • Knowledge/Proficiency in risk-based thinking and root cause analysis • Ability to lead and facilitate cross functional problem-solving teams • Ability to communicate persuasively with internal and external customers to positively influence the factory's quality mindset and culture • Collaborative initiative-taker with the ability to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and leverage others to deliver meaningful results • Experience developing or reviewing processes, forms, or other quality documents • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization • Proactive approach to work efforts and problem solving and corrective action implementation • Advanced familiarity with Microsoft Office and Word and other document development software, as appropriate • Experience in providing Quality or Manufacturing Engineering support for a manufacturing process/facility (Quality defect reduction, RCCA, etc.) • Experience with Industrial or Manufacturing environment • Exceptional communication skills required when dealing with suppliers, customers and internal groups • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Prefer skills and database experience with software such as JMP, Microsoft SQL, Excel/Macros/VBA, Oracle, MES to analyze data.
