Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work process, and work cooperatively and jointly with team members and customers to provide quality seamless customer service and support. Sets up, adjusts and operates all finishing/bindery equipment to include, but not limited to, drill, folder, collator/stitcher/folder, paper cutter, shrink wrapper, spiral binder, laminator, padding equipment.
