p>Provides day-to-day servicing for Private Banking clients relieving Client Managers andor Private Bankers from performing account specific operational responsibility. Respond timely and accurately to inquiries from the Banks Financial Intelligence Unit KYCAML andor other Support Units regarding client transactions and account activity.
Supports Private Banking client teams in delivering investment analysis and financial planning materials for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families within a specific region. Provide in-depth sales materials for Private Bankers by creating sophisticated portfolio and market analyses using a variety of investment and financial markets database tools.
You'll build strong partnerships with Business Bankers/Relationship Managers/Partner Leaders and help develop client strategies to win business across all business lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our private banking offices across the region over key markets such as New England, NYC, Greater Philly and FL and beyond as we grow our platform.
The Operations Division partners with Credit, Business Unit, Finance, Legal, and Technology to execute the Firm's Institutional, Retail, and Asset Management businesses by developing strong client relationships, collaborating closely with its business partners supporting and settling transactions, devising and implementing effective controls, to enable to development of new structures, businesses, and markets. Key responsibilities include loan origination support, loan documentation review, execution and control of disbursement and payment requests, financial reconciliation, document management, issue research and resolution, audit-related data and documentation support, and coordination with Field, Product, Technology, Finance, Credit, and external vendors supporting the loan platform.
