Specialized Knowledge: child development, mental health, evidence-based practices/interventions, trauma-based care, wellness, inclusive practices, cultural proficiency, anti-bias instruction, social-emotional learning, CASEL (Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning), growth mindset, universal screening assessment/mental health screening, progress monitoring.
