I am willing to undergo a comprehensive preemployment and background investigation which may include, but is not limited to, criminal and education history, reference checks, review of driving record, credit and finances, military service, polygraph, psychological evaluation, physical examination, and drug testing. Correctional Officers must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, apply interpersonal skills and techniques to direct inmates, exercise good judgment in controlling inmates, and act calmly and decisively in stressful and emergency situations.
