p>Primary Responsibilities: • Leading deals with junior associates and some oversight from (SVPs) • Performing in-depth valuation analysis of private companies • Preparing due diligence materials, screening, and investment committee memos with limited mistakes/changes • Presenting deals to the NBPD team and IC • Lead legal documentation process (with oversight from SVPs depending on experience) • Managing deal and portfolio monitoring analysis with a junior associate and SVP • Training / mentoring junior associates in all deal processes • Supporting fund marketing and existing client requests. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
