This position requires someone who understands that infant care is about much more than meeting basic needs—it is about building secure relationships, encouraging early development, communicating closely with families, and making each child feel safe and loved throughout the day. Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to perform the physical responsibilities associated with caring for infants, including regularly sitting on the floor, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting and carrying children, and safely moving throughout the classroom.
