Develops dashboards, metrics, and actionable insights for leadership and leads the implementation of corrective actions, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, improve accuracy, enhance operational efficiency, and support regulatory compliance. This role ensures that tuition programs, education assistance, workforce sponsorship agreements, and related tax and forgiveness initiatives comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including IRS guidelines, and student loan forgiveness programs.
