PAY GRADE: Aux 3. PRIMARY PURPOSE: Under the general supervision of the Director of Building Operations and/or school-based administrator, the Building Operator, cleans and maintains offices, halls, classrooms and similar areas in a school building and performs related work as required or assigned. Type of Equipment Used: Vacuum cleaner, broom, dust mop, wet mop, bucket, wringer, spray bottles, high duster, cart, small hand tools, automatic floor machine and extractor.
