Under the direction of the Laboratory Support Operations Manager (Concord) or the Director of Laboratory Services (Laconia/Franklin), coordinates the daily operations and licensure of the Laboratory Patient Service Centers (PSCs), or coordinates the operation of the Laboratory Specimen Processing, Outreach Phlebotomy and referral testing, including staff selection, orientation, training and daily direction of staff. The employee is frequently required to bend, do repetitive motion, drive, hear, kneel, perform activities that require fine motor skills, reach, sit, speak, squat, stand, and walk.
