MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS5+ years of successful team management experience, such as a foreman, project manager, maintenance supervisor or similar leadership roleExperience with one or more of the following: Preventative maintenance with small engine and equipment repair, vehicle and machinery maintenance, landscaping and grounds maintenance, painting and carpentry, minor electric and or plumbing and pool maintenanceTraining, mentoring, evaluating employees and working hands-on alongside a teamComputer proficiency and experience using technologyA degree or certificate in property management, agronomy, landscape management, facilities management or a related field is a plus.
