Network Governance & Carrier Relationships: Proven experience designing routing guides, tender waterfalls, and contract-versus-spot coverage strategies; established executive-level relationships across asset-based, dedicated, brokerage, and cross-border NA carriers, including US-Mexico flows and border drayage operations. Capacity Strategy & Network Coverage: Build contracted-versus-spot coverage for inbound and inter-facility truckload lanes across Fremont, Austin, Reno, Buffalo, and the GDC/RDC service network, securing committed capacity and dedicated fleet solutions on high-volume, high-variability lanes.
