Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills and, in accordance with federal and state laws, including FLSA, under moderate supervision of Payroll Leadership, is the key operator who oversees production activities related to processing payroll cycles, including payroll calculations and corrections, validation and reconciliation of payroll entries (i.e., earnings, deductions, benefits, integration data), integrations, garnishments, payroll taxes and W-2s, processing on and off-cycle payroll payments, and serving as the subject matter expert for the payroll process and various specialty areas. Serves as the subject matter expert for researching and resolving team members, time editors and leaders with any complex timekeeping/payroll related inquiries or issues in an accurate and timely manner utilizing ticketing software (i.e., ServiceNow).
