A highly organized and detail-oriented professional, the Coordinator contributes to the successful delivery of direct sales initiatives by assisting day-to-day execution, identifying process improvements, and helping ensure that Square Enix merchandise reaches and engages fans through various forms of direct-to-consumer initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Manager, this role assists with project coordination across the full lifecycle of direct sales initiatives, including research, planning, budgeting support, vendor communication, logistical coordination, on-site setup and execution, post-mortem reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
