Responsible for leading by example and effectively developing tellers that delivers exceptional member experiences, foster long lasting relationships, share product knowledge, identify member needs, cross sell beneficial products and services, introduce members to the platform staff or business partners and process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. This includes welcoming members, checking in members waiting for platform services, and at times assisting to ensure that the platform, Teller, and drive-up traffic are managed with limited wait times.
