Provides full-range coordination with command partners, both foreign and domestic, to inform the intelligence Directorate leadership assisting them in strategic decision-making and building of intelligence/information flow, Activities include, but are not limited to: Managing portfolios of foreign and domestic partners for various governmental requirements; utilizing the interagency process to enable information sharing agreements; coordinating within the command, IC, and USG to enable whole of government strategic decision-making, including: Collects information about command partner concerning cyber intelligence capabilities and needs and develops strategies to establish, develop, and maintain partnerships enabling enhanced analytic production and achievement of command strategies.
