SummaryWe are seeking a motivated individual who is self-driven, can easily acclimate to an ever changing industry, and in turn, adapt to varying job duties with added responsibilities.  This position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer/QC Manager. QualificationsMinimum of 2 years QC experience OR 5+ years in the mortgage industry Job Duties (including, but not limited to)Create post-closing audit monthly, assign files to auditors, and order required field reviewsCreate servicing audit monthly, submit to Situs, and monitor progressComplete required EPD auditsComplete required Discretionary auditsComplete required Targeted auditsManage company pipeline via Encompass reports and communication with LOs, processors, and CRRsProvide loan files and/or missing documentation for QC requests from Fannie, Freddie, FHA, investors, and MI companiesAssist with state and federal audits as needed by the Compliance OfficerReview/process Paracorp notifications as received and disseminate accordinglyAssist as needed as ACES adminAssist as needed as FHA Connections adminMonitor pre-funding and post-closing audit percentages to ensure current requirements are being met and/or exceededUpdate National MI certificates monthlyAssist QC team with approvals of appraisers, title agents, and POAs as well as processing withdrawn and declined loans as neededAssist with appraisal transfers and SSR generation when needed
