AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Full-time Payroll Processor at our Headquarters location in Warren, OH.Founded in 1960, AVI Foodsystems has evolved into one of the most respected and trusted food service companies in the nation. Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday.Duties & Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review weekly timecards and applicable paperwork; follow up with field on missing items</li><li>Communicate with field managers on any issues as they relate to payroll policies/guidelines</li><li>Calculate hours and earnings for multiple accounts</li><li>Conduct data time entry of total hours for multiple accounts</li><li>Review of payroll data for integrity and compliance to policy and procedures</li><li>Complete routine audits of HR and Payroll Data to be reported to the Payroll Department Manager</li><li>Sort, bag, and distribute weekly paychecks</li><li>Analyze payroll data to ensure federal and state law compliance</li><li>Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Prior experience in processing payroll with ADP is preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of Windows-based applications</li><li>Ability to perform accurate data entry</li><li>Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment</li><li>Attentive to details</li><li>Ability to work independently without direct supervision and also with a team</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Excellent follow through skills</li></ul>Benefits:

Join us in making a meaningful impact in Chardon!We are hiring full-time retail associates to sort, hang, and tag quality apparel and domestic donations, ensuring quality standards for soft-line departments. You will uphold customer service standards by greeting and thanking customers and donors, according to agency policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Stay knowledgeable of brand names, current and vintage items, fashion trends, and price points for apparel and domestic categories.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Sorts apparel into salable and salvage categories. Provides quality assurance by checking for tears, stains, wetness, smell, soiled, broken zippers, and missing buttons. Items must be flaw-free. </li><li style="line-height:normal">Hangs and tags quality donations quickly, according to agency standards, while meeting or exceeding individual production targets.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Always maintain the processing area in a neat and clean condition.
