Training, education, and/or experience may be substituted for certain minimum qualifications for current Family Services employees with at least 2 years of relevant experience at the ELCPBC.2 years of experience in eligibility determination, childcare enrollment processes or CCR&R.Strong customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues. Enhanced Field System (EFS), screening applicants for financial assistance, and performing eligibility determination and enrollment for School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, CSC Scholarship, Head Start and Early Head Start childcare programs.
