You will work closely with loan originators, borrowers, underwriters, and third-party partners to ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and processed efficiently. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple loan files at once while maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved. <h1>Key Responsibilities</h1>Loan Application Accuracy <ul><li>Ensure loan applications are complete, accurate, and contain all required documentation </li><li>Review loan files and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness </li></ul>Compliance & Quality Control <ul><li>Verify that loan applications meet regulatory requirements and lender guidelines </li><li>Identify discrepancies or missing documentation before submission to underwriting </li></ul>Documentation Management <ul><li>Organize and maintain detailed records of loan files and borrower documentation </li><li>Ensure loan documentation is properly executed and stored for compliance </li></ul>Communication & Coordination <ul><li>Maintain consistent communication with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and vendors </li><li>Provide updates to borrowers throughout the loan process </li><li>Coordinate with appraisers, title companies, and closing agents </li></ul>Conditions & Closing <ul><li>Work with borrowers and underwriters to clear loan conditions efficiently </li><li>Assist with coordinating timely loan closings </li></ul>Customer Experience <ul><li>Deliver excellent customer service to borrowers throughout the loan process </li><li>Ensure a smooth and professional lending experience for every client </li></ul>Workflow & Efficiency <ul><li>Help streamline loan processing timelines </li><li>Support efficient workflow within the processing department </li></ul><h1>Skills & Qualifications</h1>We are looking for candidates who are motivated, organized, and excited to contribute to a growing company.
