Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in business and/or public administration, supply chain management, finance, economics or related field and five (5) years of professional-level procurement, supply chain, and/or sourcing experience that includes procuring large volume goods and services, facilitating bid processes and negotiating contracts and responsibility for a functional area such as furniture, fixtures and equipment or media appropriate to assignment. This position serves as a subject matter expert in procuring and negotiating high-dollar district-wide contracts, purchase orders, change orders and claims, including major technology systems; and overseeing the procurement of a large functional area such as Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment, Media Advertising, Technology Hardware and Software or Construction.
