The ideal candidate is an experienced live-event producer and people leader who combines strong creative judgment with operational discipline, collaborative instincts, and a deep understanding of how live experiences can build fan affinity, create homecourt advantage, and support business objectives. This role will lead the development of runs of show and scripts, in-bowl entertainment content, entertainment-team integration, and select external events, while overseeing the performance side of game presentation, including hosts, entertainment teams, mascots, game-night staff, and music staff.
